* Two section aluminium stow away loft ladder

* 50 square foot of raised loft flooring

* Loft light

(if your property already had a drop down loft hatch fitted, the price will reduce to £369)

The price is a set price for all of the above, there are no hidden extras.

All of the above can be fitted in less than a day with no mess and no re-decoration required afterwards. All carpets are covered with dust sheets and we even hoover before we leave, leaving the place as tidy as when we arrived.
